Scattered thunderstorms will develop once again today. A few of these storms may become severe, especially during the afternoon and evening hours. A few storms may also be marginally severe this morning along the western edge of the forecast area. The main hazards from any storms would be large hail, damaging winds, and locally heavy rain leading to minor flooding.
